Supreme collaborates with Nike SB on a new interpretation of the Air Max 2 CB ’94 Low. Made exclusively for Supreme, the model arrives in three colorways: black, white, and metallic gold. The release revisits a basketball silhouette that first gained recognition during the 1990s and maintains close association with NBA legend Charles Barkley.

The upper features leather construction paired with perforated reflective mesh underlays. This layered approach introduces contrast in texture and light response while maintaining the shoe’s structured form. A rubber outsole supports the design, and a visible heel Air unit anchors the midsole. The jagged carveout in the midsole reinforces the sculpted outline that defines the original model.

Branding appears throughout the shoe in multiple formats. A debossed Swoosh marks the sidewall, while embroidered logos appear on the lateral section. The heel carries embossed logos, and TPU logo details appear at the underheel. The tongue combines padded mesh and elastic construction, secured with molded logo eyelets and finished with a rubber tongue patch. A mesh collar and tongue lining frame the upper, and a webbing loop at the heel features printed branding. Inside, a co-branded footbed reinforces the partnership between Supreme and Nike SB.
The Air Max 2 CB ’94 first emerged during what many consider a defining decade for basketball footwear. The original silhouette featured hole-punched, straitjacket-inspired straps that secured the forefoot and enhanced lockdown. Its substantial proportions and visible Air cushioning established a recognizable profile within Nike’s basketball lineup. Over time, the model appeared in several notable colorways, including Dark Smoke Barely Green (2023), Old Royal (2021), Triple Black(2023), Black Purple (2025), and Suns (2025).

This Supreme-exclusive edition retains the shoe’s defining structural elements while introducing updated material treatments and co-branded accents. The combination of leather and reflective mesh underlays reinforces the layered construction, while the exposed Air unit preserves the model’s athletic foundation.
The Supreme x Nike SB Air Max 2 CB ’94 Low releases March 5. The shoe becomes available in Asia on March 7.
