Venice was Coco Chanels favorite destination for almost ten years begining 1919. and the place where she met love of her life Diaghilev. Cocos past, the urge to make every Chanel show a unique experience and motion picture "Death in Venice" culminated in Karls "Coco on the lido" inspiration, brining 350 guests to sun beds next to the boardwalk along the Venice Lido enjoing the sunset and the Chanel show. Above are the menswear outfits, of course modeled by the Lagerfeld team and their new #1.
