The plan for this new commercial hub integrats canals, wetlands and parks in an ecologically functional development with entetainment, retail and cultural venues. A 200 meter tall tower houses a five-star hotel and luxury service apartmens. With its pedestrain friendly boulevards, dynamic shopping conecept and proximity to mass transit, the complex is unique to the Ningbo region. More images under the cut:
