Charming Patterns by Guiomar Teles

Portuguese illustrator and Graphic Designer Guiomar Teles has a child always tried to reproduce her mother’s paintings. Instead of oil her mom gave her a pen and scissors with which she made her firsts collages. Guiomar constantly looked for textures, shapes and colors in magazines and it seems that some images scream to be chosen. The collages and letters blend with the paint, all merging together with the help of the computer. Pastel tones and aged images, combining drawing with photography are characteristics that she likes to explore.
