Parisian based brand MWORKS presented their Spring Summer 2023 Menswear Collection, as one of the finalists for this season’s Zalando Sustainability Award, at Copenhagen Fashion Week. The collection was inspired by “Boys in shorts love flowers” slogan written on a vintage t-shirt that the brand’s creative director Martin Liesnard found at the flea market. It explores floral theme from a florist point of view. For the collection MWORKS collaborated with famous artisan florist Debeaulieu.

“All the clothes are made with sustainable solutions: upcycled or recycled fabrics, virgin wools. The printed fabrics are made with organic cotton and printed with an ecological innovative process in the Netherlands. All the fabrics are sourced between UK, France, and Italy. The clothes are made in France, Belgium, Poland and now, Ukraine. With this collection, MWORKS will start a “small production” project in Ukraine with its new partner Lener Cordier in aim to participate to maintain the local textile workers activity in the country.” – MWORKS
