Tyler, The Creator and Converse continue their 1908 Series with a new footwear capsule developed through his GOLF le FLEUR* label. The release introduces updated versions of the Converse 1908 Pro Leather and 1908 Jogger, drawing from 1970s basketball shoes, running footwear, b-boy culture and handmade bootleg designs.

Converse and Tyler launched the 1908 Program in 2025 as a way to revive selected designs from the company’s archive. The first releases brought back the Naut-1 boat shoe and Coach Jogger.
The latest chapter places the Pro Leather at the center of the collection. Converse originally introduced the basketball shoe in 1976, and players including Dr. J and Magic Johnson helped establish its connection to professional basketball and off-court style.
The revised low-top design features a wider toe box, oversized eyelet rows and thick laces. A rubber toe cap carries an embossed star that expands the familiar Converse Star Chevron motif across the front of the shoe. Archival elements include the heel panel, perforated sections and side branding, which connect the new proportions to the original Pro Leather design.
The upper combines full-grain leather and suede, while an aged tan gum midsole creates a worn visual finish. Debossed GOLF le FLEUR* branding appears on the tongue and lateral side. The Pro Leather arrives in White and Amazon colorways. The Amazon version uses green suede as its base and adds white leather overlays. The White edition reverses that arrangement with a white leather upper framed by green suede sections. The supplied collection details also present a red suede version with white accents and the same tan gum sole.
The capsule also updates the 1908 Jogger, which draws from Converse’s 1970s Coach running shoe. Tyler replaces the traditional nylon and suede construction with a full-grain leather upper suited to daily wear. A retro foam midsole provides cushioning, while a textured sawtooth rubber outsole supplies traction.
Converse offers the Jogger in black and white. The White colorway features baby blue branding along the side panels and soft off-white laces. The Black version uses a monochromatic leather base with white logos on the tongue labels and lateral panels. Woven Converse labels and restrained GOLF le FLEUR* branding complete both versions.
The footwear reflects Tyler’s interest in b-boy styling and bootleg shops that altered familiar sneakers by hand. Those references shape the wider dimensions, oversized details and playful treatment of Converse branding. The release expands the ongoing partnership through two models that connect Converse’s sports archive with Tyler’s distinctive approach to shape, color and scale.
