Flower Valley (Rožna Dolina) is a prominent part next to Ljubljana City center. It consists of stand alone villas with extensive gardens. Siteplan is green area of former flower market next to a small stream. Project brief request is to involve 100 comfortable apartments. Project reinstates 3 enclave formations composed of continous elevated octogonal slabs. Various box apartments are inserted with empty spaces inbetween for garden and terrace use.
