Maison Valentino unveils its Fall 2025 campaign timed with Chinese Valentine’s Day, which takes place on August 29. The brand worked with photographer Julie Greve and creative director Alessandro Michele to shoot the series, setting the scene in a green garden during the closing days of summer. Actor Ren Min and model Zixiao Zhao lead the campaign, bringing presence and focus to a collection shaped by 1960s references and playful material choices.
The campaign places emphasis on pieces from the new Fall 2025 collection, which pulls visual direction from the aesthetics of the ‘60s. The designs take cues from the decade’s easy tailoring and detailed craftsmanship, using embroidered and textured surfaces to build visual interest. Accessories hold a key role in this release, with the Valentino Garavani Nellcôte and Viva Superstar bags positioned as central items across the shoot.

The Nellcôte and Viva Superstar silhouettes return this season in new formats. Designers use embroidered mirrors, vibrant jacquard fabrics, and colorful beading to reframe the classic crossbody and tote designs. These additions transform the pieces without disrupting their original shape. Each update shows the brand’s technical ability through surface treatments and constructed detail.
This drop also introduces two smaller tote formats, each cut in grained calf and suede. These versions carry embroidered Cherryfic motifs that create a lighter, more casual tone for the line. Each motif follows a distinct pattern, showing clear intent in both placement and execution. The contrast between texture and embellishment gives each tote its own identity.

The campaign expands the Viva Superstar line with a red and black color option, joined by a new tone labeled Optical Butter White. These color updates extend the core range and offer alternatives that speak to different styling preferences. The bags retain their base shape and structure while offering variation through palette alone.
Beyond these main bags, Valentino adds new options for practical daily use. The line introduces a crossbody camera case, a belt bag, and a compact duffle. These designs extend the accessory collection into more versatile categories. Each item stays within the established visual language of the Fall 2025 release, using material texture and minimal shifts in form to deliver cohesion across the range.

The full collection, including the new Nellcôte and Viva Superstar styles, is now available through Valentino’s official site. The campaign presents each design in context, offering a clear sense of how these updated accessories hold space in a daily setting.
