Daniel Roseberry introduced Lone Star, the Schiaparelli Fall Winter 2025.26 ready-to-wear collection, as a tribute to Elsa Schiaparelli’s daring principles and his own Texas upbringing. The designer drew on the surrealist foundation of the Maison, infusing it with Western references that gave the collection its distinct character. By combining these influences, Roseberry shaped a wardrobe that asserted individuality while paying respect to both heritage and craftsmanship.
The collection presented a clear sense of attitude. Roseberry applied Parisian couture techniques to silhouettes inspired by the American West. The result placed sharp tailoring alongside rustic references, producing pieces that carried drama and refinement. Fringed coats appeared in fine wool crepe and leather, each built with strong shoulders and oversized shearling collars. The outerwear shaped a commanding presence while still maintaining Schiaparelli’s attention to detail.

Roseberry emphasized structure through the waistline. Gilded belt buckles, designed in cowboy style, cinched the figure and created bold proportions. Paired with this, boot-cut trousers appeared with narrow slits at the hem, allowing movement while keeping their precise line. The footwear reinforced the Western influence with ankle boots covered in rhinestones.
Denim, velvet, and leather were transformed through trompe l’oeil effects that mimicked snake and alligator textures. This manipulation of fabric created surfaces that appeared both natural and artificial, pushing familiar materials into unexpected territory. The collection constantly moved between masculine and feminine references. Coats with exaggerated shoulders and sharp lines carried a sense of strength, while nipped waists and fluid trousers introduced softness. Accessories balanced this further, with oversized belts and intricate boots creating visual punctuation.

The Lone Star ready-to-wear line, along with accessories, is now available through the Schiaparelli salons at 21 Place Vendôme in Paris. The collection also reaches clients across international locations, including the Hotel de Paris in Monaco, Harrods in London, Bergdorf Goodman in New York, Neiman Marcus in Los Angeles and Dallas, as well as private salons at the Mandarin Oriental Dubai Jumeirah and Hankyu Osaka.
With Lone Star, Roseberry reinforced the Maison’s identity as a house that continues to build on Elsa Schiaparelli’s original vision. The collection translated surrealist sensibility into a modern vocabulary, shaped by the designer’s American perspective and his understanding of Parisian craftsmanship.
