Nike and Jacquemus have built one of footwear’s most consistent creative partnerships over the past four years, and the Nike Cryoshot Tiempo R10 x France x Jacquemus is its most sport-rooted chapter yet. What began in June 2022 with the Air Humara, a leather-clad outdoor silhouette reworked in two refined colorways, has grown into a full-scale collaboration that now spans some of Nike‘s most storied archives. From the J Force 1 and Air Max 1 to the Spring 2026 Moon Shoe, designer Simon Porte Jacquemus has approached each Nike silhouette with the same minimalist sensibility: premium materials, restrained color, and a deliberate refusal to over-brand. The Cryoshot Tiempo R10 is no different, and no less considered.

For the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Nike launched its X2 collection, enlisting a global roster of collaborators including NOCTA, Palace, Patta, and PEACEMINUSONE to reimagine classic boot silhouettes as street-ready footwear. Jacquemus was handed the Tiempo R10, the iconic leather football boot, and the result is entirely on-brand. The upper is rendered in premium leather, clean and crisp, with flat leather lace heads and branding kept deliberately understated. Small hits of Sport Royal and University Red punctuate the white base as a quiet tribute to France’s tricolor flag, connecting the shoe to the national team without leaning into anything obvious or literal.

The Cryoshot concept is central to what makes this collection work. Nike took classic boot constructions from the vault and adapted them for everyday wear by encasing the studs in clear outsoles, keeping the cleat aesthetic visible while making the shoes fully functional on pavement. The transparency of the sole reads as both a design statement and a nod to the original, a way of honoring the football boot without erasing it.
The France x Jacquemus Cryoshot Tiempo R10 (SKU: IO0619-100) arrives as part of the wider Nike x Jacquemus Les Bleus collection, which extends the collaboration beyond footwear into a broader World Cup moment. Priced at $200, the shoe drops first at Jacquemus and federation retail on June 11, followed by Dover Street Market on June 13, and SNKRS along with select Nike partner retail from June 16.
