Baleaf, a recognized name in the activewear industry, has launched its Freeleaf SS2025 Collection, combining the energy of Broadway’s artistry with performance-focused apparel. Announced on the 1st of January, this collaboration presents the theme “Movement as Melody, Freedom as Art. ”The collection embraces the idea that every form of physical activity can serve as a creative outlet, inspiring wearers to approach fitness as an opportunity for self-expression.

Broadway performers play a central role in this launch, bringing their storytelling skills to the campaign. Headlining the collaboration is Lorna A. Courtney, renowned for her performance in & Juliet, which earned her a Tony Award nomination. She is joined by a talented group of artists, including Emily Jeanne Phillips, Keri René Fuller, Jenny Mollet, Dabria Aguilar, Heather Klobukowski, and Youngsil Kim. Each performer’s ability to convey emotion and energy through movement helps illuminate the collection’s message of confidence.

Baleaf Founder and CEO Lefee Xu highlighted the synergy between Broadway’s creativity and the brand’s innovative designs. “We are excited to partner with Broadway performers whose passion and artistry have captivated audiences around the world. This collaboration reflects Baleaf’s commitment to innovation and creativity, blending the spirit of Broadway with our signature designs,” said Xu.

The collection itself features cutting-edge designs that prioritize comfort, inclusivity, and performance. Crafted from high-quality fabrics, the pieces provide exceptional flexibility, breathability, and support. Ranging from size 0 to 22, the collection ensures that a broad spectrum of body types can find apparel that fits well, feels good, and looks stylish. With a palette of colors inspired by both the rich hues of colder seasons and the brighter tones of spring, the collection celebrates individuality and the freedom to express personal style.

Standout items in the collection include the Freeleaf Thin Strap Sports Bra and the Seamless High-Waisted Leggings. The sports bra combines elegance and functionality with breathable mesh panels and high-elastic jelly glue technology for a secure fit, making it versatile for workouts or as part of a layered outfit. The leggings offer a second-skin feel and practical features like a hidden back pocket and customizable length, ensuring they adapt to the wearer’s needs throughout the day.
